Phase 1 Friendly on the Ideal Protein Protocol
- 1 head of cauliflower broken into florets (about 6 cups)
- 1 garlic clove, cut in half
- ¼ tsp salt, or to taste
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional)
- Bring a medium pot, about two-thirds full of water, to a boil.
- Add cauliflower and garlic, and boil until tender, about 12 minutes.
- Drain very well, add puree in a food processor.
- Mix in salt and cayenne.
- Optionally, top with chives or parsley.
