Ideal Protein Phase 1 Friendly!
- 6 oz extra firm tofu, thinly sliced (8-10 slices)
- 2 ripe tomato, thinly sliced (8-10 slices)
- 1 glove of garlic
- 5 fresh basil leaves, julienned
- 1 tbsp Ideal Protein Balsamic Dressing
- Place sliced tofu on paper towel for a few minutes to absorb excess moisture.
- Slice garlic clove in half and rub garlic clove over large serving dish for a hint of garlic flavoring.
- Layer the tofu and tomato in repeating red and white pattern in the shape of candy cane.
- Sprinkle on the fresh basil and minced garlic.
- Drizzle with Ideal Protein Balsamic Dressing.
