Ideal Protein Phase 1 Friendly and Vegetarian
- 6 cups fresh Brussels sprouts, washed and cut in half
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Ideal PRotein Balsamic dressing
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spread Brussel Sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes or until Brussels sprouts starts to brown.
