The Road to Permanent Weight Loss
I am constantly trying to offer more tools so that 7Company’s dieters can be successful on their weight loss and maintenance journey. Just recently, I invited psychotherapist Dr. Suzanne Nixon to offer her “Mindset: The Essential Key to Successful Weight Loss Maintenance” Workshop at our Center. Dr. Nixon shared how to cultivate a positive and healthy mindset and be successful in sustaining your new weight. She taught valuable skills and gave members tools to help keep the weight off.
Suzanne Nixon, EdD, LPC, LMFT, is the founder and owner of the Northern Virginia Integrative Therapy Center, a behavioral health center specializing in an integrative approach to care, and owner and founder of Inspirational Journeys, LLC, a lifestyle wellness company, specializing in a whole person model and an experientially based approach to learning and achieving positive behavioral health change .
