Ideal Protein Phase 1 Friendly!
- 2-3 lb. bottom round beef roast (lean, fat, trimmed)
- 1 cup low sodium beef stock
- ¼ cup of Ideal Protein Italian Dressing
- 2 cups pepperoncini, sliced
- Place roast into the slow cooker.
- Mix 1 cup low sodium beef broth, Ideal protein Italian dressing and pepperoncinis in a bowl.
- Add mixture to slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, until roast is fork tender.
- Serve with mashed cauliflower or your favorite Phase 1 vegetable mash.
