Holiday Snacks for the Ideal Protein Customer
Holiday snacks are easy to indulge in. If this is your first holiday while on the Ideal Protein program, your holiday snacks may be different but still delicious to enjoy! Deviled eggs and potato rolls are perfect for the holiday season. While everyone else is enjoying yummy holiday snacks, so will you.
Start by taking hard boiled eggs and cutting them in half.
Then mix the yolks with Walden Farms Mayo, Redmond’s Onion Salt and mustard (to taste). After that, mix and spoon back into egg halves.
Arrange them on your plate or tray and garnish with a sprinkle of paprika. You can also add hot sauce if you’d like for an extra kick!
1 pack of Ideal Protein puree
1 egg white
4 tbsp of water
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 pack of Stevia
Start by mixing all of the items together, then spoon into a mini-muffin tin
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes (make sure you watch them because they brown quickly)
Take them out and dip in mustard if you like
