Simple Breakfast
Simple breakfast is perfect when you’re in the mood for something light. A great combination is Ideal Protein spiced chai tea with oatmeal biscuits. These two recipes are easy and take no time at all. Just simply get them both started and you’ll be on your way to your simple and tasty breakfast.
Ideal Protein Spiced Chai Tea
8-12 ounces water
1 Bengal spice tea bag
1 cinnamon stick (optional)
1-4 oz. Ideal Protein ready-made vanilla drink (to flavor)
1-2 teaspoons Walden Farms marshmallow dip
Heat water in tea kettle. Pour 8-12 ounces of heated water into a cup with 1 Bengal spice tea bag and cinnamon stick-steep for 2-4 minutes or, to desired strength. Remove tea bag. Stir in Ideal Protein ready-made vanilla- use cinnamon stick to stir the tea.
Oatmeal Biscuits
2 packets of Ideal Protein maple oatmeal
1 large white egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 oz water
Beat the egg white and then stir in oatmeal until mixed thoroughly. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet and bake for 10 min at 350.
2 servings, approximately 10 biscuits
