As a former Ideal Protein dieter herself, Coach Shannon Keeley relates to her clients to help guide and encourage them on their journey. Shannon attended the Business School at Virginia Commonwealth University followed by The International Culinary School of America at the Art Institute of Colorado. After moving to Virginia from Colorado for a fresh start, Keeley officially joined the 7Company family and became Coach Shannon, and she’s never looked back! Coach Shannon exclusively works with Electro-Slim treatments due to her own first-hand results with the program. We managed to sit down with Shannon and ask her a couple of questions about her personal journey of wellness.
“What is your role with 7Company?”
My role here at 7Company started as a front desk administrator, but soon became a sales representative for our exclusive service, Electro-Slim. Before beginning here as an employee, I was a client/dieter with the Ideal Protein Protocol and had great success. I enjoyed the vision so much I decided to seek employment and help other people who were experiencing similar struggles with weight and self-image. I wanted to be there for others as they began their own transformation journey.
“What got you interested in the Ideal Protein Program?”
I have struggled with my weight my whole life; dieting since I was in the 3rd grade. I’ve tried everything from Atkins, Weight Watchers, The Biggest Loser Diet, and P90X. Unable to achieve my goal weight I finally spoke with my Doctor and he recommended the Ideal Protein Protocol. He mentioned that he had seen patients with great success and so I thought I would do some research and see if it would benefit me as well. It did!
“What got you interested in Electro-Slim?”
After starting the Ideal Protein Protocol it was recommended that I not work out while on Phase 1 due to the low-calorie diet. My coach suggested Electro-Slim as an alternative. I have found great benefits from this exclusive service not only for additional inches lost and toning but it has also helped me with pain I have struggled with as a result of a car accident I was involved in back in December 2015. I have seen great results while using this service, 20” lost to be exact and I went from a size 26/24 to an 18!

“What is your favorite thing about Electro-Slim & working with 7Company?”
Being there helping clients achieve their goals and having the opportunity to be alongside while they go on their weight loss journey is my favorite part of working with ES clients at 7Company. It is not easy and being on this team here at 7Company has provided me with great support for my own journey and I’m lucky to help others the way they have helped me.
“Which Electro-Slim treatment do you like best and why?”
The Abdominal Treatment is my favorite, hands down! I would say 92% of my clients do this treatment. Not only does it target an area of the body that we ALL struggle with but it helps reduce the visceral fat that is stored around your organs (which is very unhealthy). I find that almost every one of my clients has been able to achieve a lower level of visceral fat since they have started focusing on this specific area while doing their Electro-Slim Treatments.
“What is your favorite Ideal Protein recipe?”
Personally, I enjoy the smoothies the best, combining my veggies and IP drink mix in the morning makes for an amazing boost to my day.
“What are some of your hobbies outside of work?”
I enjoy anything to do with food and art. I’m a photographer, and I enjoy cooking as a profession as well as for my friends and family.
