Ideal Protein Phase 1 friendly
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. ginger root (grated)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Splenda or Stevia
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce (read ingredients/ no sugar added)
Directions:
- Mix vinegar with ginger and let stand for 2 minutes.
- Strain into a bowl, press to extract liquid.
- Mix in oil, soy sauce, Splenda, sea salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
