By subscribing to a health magazine that shows up in your mail every month, you’ll be more inclined to stay on track and keep up with your diet if you’ve gotten off track. Avoid late night snacking.
Everyone is guilty of late night snacking. It is just so tempting to snack while watching your favorite tv show or late night talk show host. If you must snack after dinner, try not to eat 2 hours before you go to bed. Your body needs more time than that to digest your food so you can have a restful nights sleep. It’s best not to eat after 8 pm.
