Ingredients
- 1 large garlic clove
- 3 cups fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
In a food processor, finely chop garlic clove. Add cilantro, vinegar, oil, cayenne, and the remaining ½ teaspoon salt. Pulse until herbs are finely chopped.
