Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 portion* ground chicken
Cauliflower
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- ½ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
- Cooking oil spray
- 2 tbsp vinegar-based hot
- sauce, or just enough for
- your spice tolerance
- Greens of one green onion
- sliced for garnish
*US: 1 Portion = 4-6 ounces
*CA: 1 Portion = 8 ounces
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Mix meatball ingredients together and form into 6 balls. Toss cauliflower with oregano, garlic
- powder, black pepper, and salt. Spray meatballs and cauliflower with cooking oil spray. Air fry for
- 7 minutes.
- Carefully turn meatballs and cauliflower. Air fry for 5-10 more minutes or until meatballs are
- 165°F, and the cauliflower are charred.
- Toss meatballs with hot sauce. Garnish with green onion. Serve.
