Ingredients
- ½ package IP rotini pasta
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 portion fresh tuna loin, pat dry
- ⅛ tsp salt, divided
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 oz (28g) parmesan, peeled with a peeler into thin slices
- ¼ cup sliced green olives
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp IP balsamic dressing
*US: 1 Portion = 4-6 ounces
*CA: 1 Portion = 8 ounce
Directions
- Set a saucepan over medium heat. Pour in pasta and peas and cook until cooked through, according to the packet instructions. Drain and rinse briefly. Put in a bowl and toss with parmesan, green olive, and dill.
- While pasta cooks, heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Swirl in olive oil, salt, and tuna slice(s). Sear tuna until your desired doneness. Serve on top of pasta and drizzle on balsamic dressing.
