Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower (about 4 cups)
- ¼ of a small onion, chopped
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup no salt added chicken stock
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp cumin
- Sea salty and pepper to taste
Directions
Steam cauliflower. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables.
