Who this is for

If you’re saying any of this, you’re in the right place:

My symptoms don’t make sense and I don’t know what to track.
My doctor visit is coming up and I don’t want to freeze or forget what to ask.
I’m tired of random tips. I need a simple plan that actually sticks.
I want support from women who get it — without drama or miracle claims.

Most women begin by taking the Menopause Assessment so they know where to focus first.

What makes this different

Menopause advice is loud. The Menopause Map is calm, clear, and built around four foundations that help your body regain stability.

Sleep

restorative sleep supports hormones, recovery, and energy

Protein + Blood Sugar

stable blood sugar supports metabolism, mood, and cravings

Stress + Nervous System

regulating stress helps calm the body and reduce symptom intensity

Muscle + Strength

maintaining muscle supports metabolism, strength, and long-term health

When these foundations improve, symptoms often become easier to understand and address.

FAQ

Is this for women outside Virginia?

Yes. The Menopause Map is virtual and supports women worldwide.

Is this medical care or hormone therapy?

No. This is education + coaching. You’ll get tools to track symptoms and prepare for clinician conversations, but no diagnosing/prescribing/treatment.

Do I need labs or testing to join?

No. You can join and start immediately. If testing is appropriate, we’ll focus on how to have that conversation with your clinician.

I’m on (or considering) GLP-1 medication — is this still for me?

Yes. The habits in the Menopause Map support consistent nutrition, strength, and routine — and help you stay grounded while you work with your prescribing clinician.

What if I’m not trying to lose weight — just want to feel better?

That’s welcome here. The focus is symptom clarity, strength, sleep, nourishment, and sustainable wellness.

How fast will I feel results?

You’ll usually feel more clarity quickly (because tracking + structure reduces the mental load). Physical changes follow consistency — and we build that piece on purpose.

Where should I start?

Most women start with the Menopause Assessment to identify the area that needs attention first.

From there, they may join The Menopause Map community or explore the Menopause Discernment Guide.
