If I am on a GLP-1, how do you help?
We protect muscle, set protein targets, tune supplements for nausea/constipation, and prevent stalls—so the med works with your life.
How fast will I see changes?
Most notice energy and bloat shifts in 7–10 days; body composition changes typically within 3–6 weeks (varies by adherence).
Do you take insurance?
