The coaches at 7Company attended an amazing Ideal Protein training and event this past weekend. Friday night was a fantastic cooking demo taught by Chef Verati. The food was amazing and Chef Verati is so FUNNY! He cooked up delicious meals with the rotini and he used the premade mango and strawberry/banana drinks. So yummy. We laughed so much. And he autographed our books. So much fun.
