Yes. The Menopause Map is virtual and supports women worldwide.

Is this medical care or hormone therapy?

No. This is education + coaching. You’ll get tools to track symptoms and prepare for clinician conversations, but no diagnosing/prescribing/treatment.

Do I need labs or testing to join?

No. You can join and start immediately. If testing is appropriate, we’ll focus on how to have that conversation with your clinician.

I’m on (or considering) GLP-1 medication — is this still for me?

Yes. The habits in the Menopause Map support consistent nutrition, strength, and routine — and help you stay grounded while you work with your prescribing clinician.

What if I’m not trying to lose weight — just want to feel better?

That’s welcome here. The focus is symptom clarity, strength, sleep, nourishment, and sustainable wellness.
