7Company Weight Loss & Wellness offers therapeutic massage in addition to our weight loss and wellness services.  We strive to offer a relaxing, stress relieving massage service.  7Company massage therapists are certified by the Virginia Board of Nursing and have National Board certifications.  Our therapists are also members of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals Association.  Continuing education is encouraged so that our therapists will be current with the latest therapeutic massage techniques.

Seated Chair Massage

Chair massage includes techniques that provide fully clothed, seated massage, bodywork and somatic therapies to clients, generally in a corporate or business setting.

Recommended for those who want to reduce stress and decompress, or for someone trying massage for the first time; the classic Swedish massage comprises of long, flowing strokes towards the heart which induce a deep state of rest and relaxation.

Personalized to focus on your body's areas of tension and stress. Special blends of oils or lotions are prepared to penetrate your skin and soothe tired and aching muscles. This treatment is designed to increase flexibility, relieve tightness, improve circulation and speed recovery time.
