Ms. Seven has more than 20 years experience in health care and event planning with an emphasis in the following:

•  Developing and managing health and wellness programs
•  Health care technology
•  Developing and managing events
•  Non-profit management experience
•   Fundraising
•  Working with vendors in support of health fairs
•  Project Management of large health events

7Company® LLC:  Jennifer Seven is responsible for leading and managing the activities of 7Company LLC.  7Company is one of the largest health event provider in Virginia, D.C. and Maryland.  7Company organizes and manages on-site health fairs, wellness seminars, flu shot clinics, medical screenings and other health events for companies, organizations and the U.S. Government.  7Company is also a leading provider of affordable speakers and workshops on nutrition, stress and other health related topics.

 



Dr. Tedd R. Puckett, MD, Medical Director (Board certified Eye Surgeon)

Dr. Puckett graduated Magna Cum Laude at the University of Denver in 1984 with majors in Biology and Chemistry and a minor in Mathematics. He attended medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences at Bethesda, Maryland. He completed a medical/surgical internship at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Puckett completed his Ophthalmology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. in 1993.

Dr. Puckett practiced comprehensive ophthalmology at Fort Stewart, Georgia from 1993 to 1999. During this time he became a Diplomate (Certified Specialist) of the American Board of Ophthalmology, completed a Fellowship training in Diseases of the Retina and Vitreous and was certified by the American Board of Eye Surgery with specialty in cataract surgery.

Dr. Puckett has been in private practice in Southwest Virginia since 1999. Offices are located in Christiansburg and Wytheville. He continues to practice comprehensive Medical and Surgical Ophthalmology including treatment for cataracts, retinal, vitreous, glaucoma and pediatrics.

Dr. Puckett. is currently serving as a Director of the Virginia State Medical Society of Ophthalmology (VSO).

Adrienne Johnson, Office Manager

Adrienne is new to Virginia having only lived here since 2006. She moved here from Woodland Park, Colorado with her Husband and four dogs and has recently joined 7Company LLC as the Office Manager and brings with her an extensive 10 year background in administration.

Adrienne has worked with international students at Colorado Technical University as well as a city administrator while she lived in Colorado. Since living in Virginia she worked with allied health students, assisting them with a positive internship and job placement.  She currently attends online classes for a veterinary program through the University of Pennsylvania in the hopes of providing her own pets with healthy living and wellness.  

At 7Company, Adrienne is handling our Wellness Workshops.
